Wuxi Hanghui Resin Co. Ltd is the major manufacturer of Modified Vinyl Acetate / Vinyl Chloride Resin in China. Situated in Xishan District of Wuxi city, it was established in 1971 as a state owned company, becoming private in October 2000. Manufacturing a wide range of PVC Copolymers, with vinyl acetates content ranging from 5%-50% ; K values from 25-80. Vinyl chloride -vinyl acetate Co-polymer, ter-polymers and tetra-polymers, which containing carboxyl and hydroxyl function groups to give a wide range of products suitable for all applications. Comparing with the traditional process, our new technology and process has the advantage of avoiding polymer particles forming at the initial stage of copolymerization reaction. As a result, the product has better solubility and better transparency without non-soluble particles. The product has good second processing properties, especially, applied in ink and paint industry. The ink or paint using our products as raw materials has better and stable properties; no gel particles will occur even in the cold weather. When chemical resistance or barrier properties are required, this range of resins offers solutions to the formulators needs. Current sales in the UK to the Adhesive, Screen Ink, Gravure Ink & Digital Ink markets as well as coatings for paper, film & aluminium foil.
Capacity has been increased in 2010 from 20,000 to 30,000 tonnes per year mainly for export
