Welcome to Hallstar; your resource for specialty ester innovation and manufacturing. We have developed a broad array of products to meet your polymer modifying needs. Our products are used to flexibilize, prevent extraction and migration, as well as offer high and low temperature resistance. We would like to introduce our Paraplex Approach, Phthalate Alternatives, and Hallcote HECA.

Paraplex Approach: Hallstar has developed a molecular design system that delivers a customized plasiticizer solution for your PVC or Nitrile polymer application. Paraplex Approach targets the performance properties you require while prioritizing critical measures most important to your application. Our products are effective at plasticizing PVC or Nitrile polymers used in paints, coatings, inks, and adhesive applications.

Phthalate Alternatives: With green initiatives and regulatory restrictions on the rise, Hallstar has created several Phthalate Alternative products that will meet your perfomance needs. Two of these come from our recent acquistion of the Dioplex brand of plasticizers. Dioplex VLV & 7017 and Paraplex LCOA & PRA-100, can replace phthalates and help maintain the specifications of the finished product.

Hallcote HECA: Hallstar's latest creation for the coatings market. Hallcote HECA has excellent compatibility with Acrylic resins, allowing for superb efficiency. Additionally, this product is Non-Phthalate, Low VOC, and Low Odour.
